Dustin Jones has worked for Macy’s for 11 years. Since joining Macy’s, he has held 11 different positions across most of Macy’s major business functions, from sourcing and product development, to stores, merchandising & buying, e-commerce and operations. His leadership impact at Macy’s has been felt in various capacities. He was one of the early adopters of omnichannel and left the Macy’s buying office in 2009 to become the VP of Men’s at Macys.com. He was an instrumental leader in growing Macys.com to its current size of over US$4 billion and as the fifth largest retail website in the USA. In his last position, Jones oversaw the license, new business development, vendor collaboration and global fashion forecasting offices. He comes to Macy’s China Ltd with diverse experience, disruptive thinking and respect for different cultures.
