Kazufumi Otsuka

Deputy Editor, Women's Wear Daily for Japan

Kazufumi Otsuka is a professional fashion journalist. Born in 1982, Otsuka embarked on a career as an editor, lending his expertise to books, catalogs, and men’s fashion magazines. In 2015, he joined the esteemed editorial department of WWD JAPAN, where he became a prominent voice reporting on men’s fashion in Japan and across the globe. Otsuka was appointed Deputy Editor in 2021. In addition to Tokyo Fashion Week, he reports on men’s fashion week in London, Florence, Milan, and Paris twice a year.
